# Understanding the "Explore Data" button

From most charts in the dashboard, there is a button in the top right labeled "Explore Data." This button will take you straight into a formatted chart in our business analytics tool. This will allow you to quickly [<mark style="color:blue;">modify your view</mark>](https://docs.adlibertas.com/the-platform/business-analytics/asking-a-question), create a <mark style="color:blue;">custom dashboard</mark> and more.
